First performance: Klavier Total, 16 March 2016 at the Casino Theater Zug
Having just performed an arrangement of the Polovtsian Dance by Igor Borodin for two pianos, I arranged them for 4 pianos for a faculty piano extravaganza on four concert grand pianos. With eight hands and 352 keys available, it was possible to recreate the very orchestral sound and it turned out great fun to perform.

Uraufführung: Klavier Total, 16. März 2016 im Casino Theater Zug
Kürzlich spielte ich ein Arrangement dieser Tänze für zwei Klaviere und für unser Fachschaftskonzert “Klavier Total” mit vier Konzertflügeln, konnte ich nicht widerstehen, dafür mein eigenens Arrangement zu schreiben. Mit 8 Händen und 352 Tasten kommt man der Orchesterversion doch schon sehr nahe und es war auch toll zu spielen.
